We offer IT services outsourcing, by sharing our best specialists. This mostly involves works within a limited timeframe, ranging from a few weeks to several months. Our delegated employees can provide support for ongoing projects, or completely take them over. We can delegate both single employees and whole teams.

The service is typically provided in the Customer's office, under his supervision. When requested, delegated specialists can do some or all of their work remotely.

We usually propose hourly rates for our specialists' services. We charge PLN 80 to 150 per hour (as of July 2008).

We also build complete computer systems, either ones based on a ready requirements analysis or after going through our own analysis and design process. The Customer is presented with a complete product along with the source code and proper documentation. Expert advice - technical assistance, consultations and advice services

This offer is targeted at larger companies, with their own IT departments. It covers consultations and advice services, that utilize the knowledge and experience of our team, as well as solving the most challenging problems (e.g. installing and migrating key servers). We offer help with particular deployment tasks, as well as periodic maintenance works with already deployed systems.

Our offer allows companies to draw from our staff's knowledge and experience while reducing their IT department costs at the same time - we deliver the best specialists in given fields precisely when you need them.

We usually propose hourly rates for such contracts.

Business IT support

We offer full technical support of chosen fragments of the Customer's infrastructure. If required, we also provide consultations and design support. The service can cover maintaning applications, servers, the company network (local or wide, along with any network devices, including Cisco and Juniper Networks products) and support for end users. We offer guaranteed reaction times on these services. A solution like this makes possible reducing or completely replacing a company's IT department and helps achieve the best service quality by drawing from our staff's knowledge and experience.

Outsourcing IT support enables choosing the most experienced specialists from our team to solve the most challenging problems (e.g. installing and migrating key servers). It also solves any personnel problems such as vacations, recruitment and own employees changing jobs.

In our offer we emphasize the competence and experience of our administrators, not the urge to become a market leader, costwise. For IT support agreements hourly or monthly rates apply. They are slightly lower than in the case of one-time services or expert consultations, due to the long-term nature of the contract.
