Analysis, design, consulting

Building and deploying a CRM application is preceded by an analysis and design phase. We work together with the Customer to specify the needs, business processes and requirements that have to be met to maximize the future benefits from the CRM system.

Functionality is not limited by the set of existing, ready to use modules. The CRM can be extended in almost any way, from integrating with the Customer's Web page, through advanced financial reporting, accounting and warehousing functionality to custom made modules designed and built to suit our Customer's specific needs.

  • we learn the business processes of our Clients; we analyze their dataflow and document structure; we work with our users - the employees who will be using the application on a daily basis
  • when necessary, we suggest changes and amendments to processes, pointing out additional goals that can be achieved. We share our knowledge and experience in using computer systems to organize business procedures, giving organizational and accounting consulting.
  • we plan the migration and integration of data from different currently used sources

We build efficient, reliable solutions that fulfill their specification, support multiple concurrent users and can meet the demands of both centralized and loosely structured organizations.

The Customer is presented with the full source code and documentation and delivered a system that is easy to extend - with his own means, by us or by other companies.

We also do smaller deployments (with a budget ranging from PLN 10000 to 50000).

System platform
  • utilizes the modern AJAX technology
  • supports complex business processes, ensures safety and scalability, along with perfect flexibility
  • all components follow the SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) model - they are easy to extend by us or by other companies
  • strict security rules are followed - strong cryptography, server and browser identification, multiple levels of authorization and priviledge systems

We use proven technologies. Most our solutions are based on the LAMP (Linux, Apache, PostgreSQL, PHP/Python) model. We also use Java/J2EE for some components. They are all open, efficient, scalable, widely used and estabilished technologies. Because they are open source software using them requires no licensing fees. Furthermore, any number of end users can connect to the system for no additional cost.
